Could I Get Your Help Please?

So, I am writing a book (Slowly!) and now I could use your help.  I have a working title and premise that I would love your thoughts on.  Here are the thoughts I'd love:

1) What do you like and what would you change about the Title and Premise? (I know that is a big question and many of you are not experts but neither am I so go for it)

2) Would you read and recommend this book? (I am in the beginning phases and honest input is key.  If you have to think about whether you would recommend or read it then that is a "No")

Finding Success in Struggle: God's Gift of trials and How We Can Unwrap Them.

Premise:  From birth, our parents, teachers and those with influence have been training us for, and helping us find, success.  When it comes to struggles and failure, most have been educated in the art of “fighting through,” just “getting over it,” or plain denial.  Struggles and failures are actually God’s untapped resource for a thriving life. This book will uncover God’s purposes in struggle and provide the principles, perspectives and preparations we can make in order to be successful in any struggle we might face.
